//Hurstwood Court, Shadsworth Business Park, Blackburn. We were instructed to market a modern industrial premises extending to approximately 6,500 sq.ft.. Following a short period of negotiation we agreed terms with craft suppliers F W Bramwell who have relocated from Nelson.
//Units 7 & 8 St Ives, Intack, Blackburn. Acting on behalf of private clients we were instructed to market a large industrial complex extending to 50,000 sqft. The site was sold to Icon Designs Limited, after a short marketing period.
//King William Sreet, Blackburn & Bacup Road Rawtenstall. Acting as agents for the Hurstwood Group we were involved in the letting of two premises which are to be used for restaurant use

//Former Leos Carpets, Cherry Tree, Blackburn.Acting on behalf of Administrators we were appointed to market a substantial former carpet showroom, office and warehouse extending to 14,000 sq.ft. After a short marketing period we disposed of the property to Holts of Cherry Tree. We have subsequently been retained to market the surplus office space.

The building extends to 25,000sq.ft and is situated next to junction 5 of the M65 motorway. After a short period of marketing we negotiated terms with Leisure Brands Ltd who entered into a 10 year lease.
//High Street, Rishton.Acting behalf of a private investment company we have negotiated the letting of the ground floor to Gordon Frankland Motor Sales and the upper floor offices to Scancapture. The building provided approx 4000 sq.ft of quality space.
