//Unit 2 Anchor Road, Blackburn Interchange, Darwen.  Acting on behalf of private investors, we have been successful in negoiating the letting of a 17,413 sq.ft unit to Frontline Papers Ltd.  The tenant has occupied offices nearby and will use the premises for distributing paper and associated products.

//Challenge Way, Blackburn.  Taylor Weaver, who are retained by Barnfield Construction, are pleased to confirm the letting of office space within two buildings on Challenge Way.  The tenants within the development include PM&M Accountants, who occupy 10,000 sq.ft, Napthens Solicitors, who have taken a lease on the first floor of approximately 4,500 sq.ft and Unified World, who have agreed to take the ground floor, again extending to 4,500 sq.ft.

//Market Street/Richmond Court, Colne.  Acting on behalf of private investors we recently let two vacant premises in the centre of Colne.  The first, occupying a prominent position on Market Street, has been let to the Co-op for the development of a pharmacy and the second, former cafe, has been let to a private tenant for use as a sandwich/coffee shop.

//Unit 1 Churchill Way, Lomeshaye Industrial Estate.   Acting on behalf of private clients, Taylor Weaver negotiated the letting of approximately 28,000 sq.ft of warehouse and industrial accommodation with offices to SIS Ltd.  The property is situated on the established Lomeshaye Industrial Estate with excellent access to the national motorway network.

 


//King's Head Business Centre, 43 King Street, Blackburn.  Acting on behalf of The Heritage Trust for the North West, Taylor Weaver have been successful in negotiating a letting of 1,800 sq.ft of refurbished accommodation within Blackburn town centre to The Wish Centre.


Clifford Packaging Premises, Network 65, Burnley.  Taylor Weaver are pleased to announce that they have been successful in negotiating the sale of a modern 40,000 sq.ft warehouse premises with offices to Global Textiles UK Ltd.  The building has been bought by way of a sale and part lease back and represents one of the largest industrial transactions in East Lancashire for a number of months.

//Unit A2 Hurstwood Court, Shadsworth Business Park, Blackburn.  Acting on behlaf of Hurstwood Group, we have negotiated the letting of a 6,500 sq.ft modern warehouse with offices to Irish Country Gold, a local food company.

 


//Edisford Road, Clitheroe.   Acting on behalf of private pension fund clients, Taylor Weaver have negotiated the letting of the former Vantage Vauxhall dealership in Clitheroe to James Hall & Co. Ltd., who intend to refurbish the premises to provide a high quality convenience store with parking.


//The Waterloo Pub, Rochdale Road/Union street, Bacup.  Acting on behalf of Inns and Leisure, Taylor Weaver have negotiated the sale of the former Waterloo Pub in the centre of Bacup.  It is understood that the property is to be refurbished and will shortly re-open as a public house serving the town centre of Bacup.

//Ribble Business Park, Challenge Way, Blackburn.  Taylor Weaver have successfully negotiated a letting of 16,000 sq.ft of office accommodation to P Group Ltd., which they will use as their head office and call centre base.  The space, which had been refurbished by the owners, provided modern open plan office accommodatio benefiting from a large car park.  This represents the largest office letting in East Lancashire for a number of years.
